Eden Air provides full commercial HVAC packages for clients across the greater Auckland region. Our wealth of experience and knowledge covers all areas and sectors that require commercial HVAC, we’re IQP certified and can provide IQP inspections upon request, and we’re also able to provide HVAC equipment audits with full reporting.

Installation 

We can design, supply and install a wide variety of new HVAC systems. Whether you need a single split air conditioning system, a small refrigeration system, a large production multi-system refrigeration plant or a sprawling multi-storey installation, we can assist with all your needs and requirements. For clients’ assurances concerning correct operation and energy efficiency, all our HVAC systems are designed and installed to facilitate full servicing.

Retrofits

Eden Air specialises in retrofits and upgrades for operational HVAC systems, including multi-storey office space and industrial production facilities. To minimise costs, instead of starting from scratch we can redesign any existing system and utilise the equipment clients already have. By relocating and/or upgrading existing HVAC equipment, both costs and workplace disruptions are kept to a minimum. 

Servicing 

Because no two buildings are the same, Eden Air understands the need to take a different approach to each building we provide servicing for, with a tailor-made plan created to cater for client needs and the requirements of each site. To help clients keep their HVAC systems operating smoothly, we offer three programmes to meet clients’ maintenance needs. 

Option 1: Full – Comprehensive 

Our comprehensive package includes programmed preventative maintenance, 24/7 service & breakdown calls, asset management and mechanical parts. 

Option 2: Semi – Comprehensive 

This HVAC service package includes programmed scheduled service visits, 24/7 service & breakdown callout service and quotes provided for recommended repairs. 

Option 3: Equipment inspection 

A cost-effective service to keep your systems running smoothly that entails the on-site inspection of all programmed equipment by one of our local HVAC specialists. 

Support 

Eden Air has a Job Management System in place that enables us to schedule and respond to client emergency breakdown callouts quickly and efficiently. This helps to keep our clients’ production equipment operating and their office space comfortable, and it also enables us to keep a complete record for all the work we’ve carried out for future reference. 

For our clients’ assurances regarding energy consumption and environmental responsibility, all repairs and system diagnosis are carried out by our service technicians to the latest New Zealand trade standards.
